DOMESTIC ORDERS (within U.S.)

  • FREE SHIPPING for orders over $25 USD. 
  • Orders with only flat items, such as stickers and bookmarks, will ship for $1 domestically

Orders within the domestic United States ship via USPS:

  • First Class Mail for small orders of flat items: for orders of stickers, bookmarks, that can fit in a flat stamped envelope. Typically arrives in 1-5 business days. It does not include tracking or insurance.  
  • Ground Advantage for bubble mailers: for orders including items that need a bit more protection, like keychains and pins. Typically arrives in 2-5 business days and does include tracking. 
  • Priority Mail for bigger orders: Typically arrives in 1-3 business days and includes tracking and insurance up to $50.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, I am only able to ship flat items such as stickers and bookmarks internationally for $2 USD for untracked shipping. As a small business, I am working towards being able to offer shipping for other items internationally and will update the shipping policy as I expand!

Please note that I cannot guarantee delivery dates. 

All orders are packed by me personally! Once your package is dropped off with USPS it is out of my hands, and I am unable to provide updates beyond what is provided by USPS. :(

I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages in transit, and no refunds will be provided. Please double-check your billing and shipping address when placing an order, as I cannot reroute packages once they leave my studio.

Packages are rarely lost, but when they are, they often show up within a few business days! If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS then contact me to let me know. I'll do our best to help you and get your order!

Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately I do not accept returns or exchanges except for in the cases of defective or incorrect items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include photos of the damage or issue so that we can promptly evaluate the situation and make it right.
